BRIEF
Park Road Theatre (PIP Theatre) reworks a retro brief into something more specific: the feeling of an ordinary Brisbane home in the 1980s, layered with colour, collected objects and a distinctly Australian sense of character. Rather than reading as a typical theatre fitout, the space feels lived-in, nostalgic and a little eccentric, with the box office imagined as a middle-aged accountant’s home office.
